Maharashtra Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at the Solapur Zilla Parishad. The program was आयोजित at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Garden of the Zilla Parishad.
At the beginning, floral tributes were offered to the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj by Zilla Parishad President Dipak Vaidya, Vice President Indrajit Pawar, Chairperson of the Women and Child Welfare Committee Adv. Amruta Waghe, and Chief Executive Officer Kushal Jain.
This was followed by the flag hoisting ceremony conducted by Zilla Parishad President Dipak Vaidya, after which a ceremonial salute was given.
On this occasion, Additional Chief Executive Officer Sandip Kohinkar, Project Director Chandrashekhar Jagtap, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Smita Patil, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Suryakant Bhujbal, Chief Accounts and Finance Officer Meenakshi Wakade, Additional Chief Accounts and Finance Officer Ubale, along with other officers and staff, were present.
